Virtual Card & Dashboard Terms of Use

1. Accepting these terms

By creating a Beepscard account or using the dashboard, your Virtual Card, NFC ordering, WhatsApp Store, or affiliate program, you agree to these terms. If you're using Beepscard on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have the authority to agree on its behalf.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
• You're responsible for keeping your password and Two-Factor Authentication recovery codes secure, and for all activity that happens under your account.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
• You can delete your account at any time — see our Privacy Policy for what that means for your data.

3. Your Virtual Card content

You own the content you upload — photos, videos, text, product/service listings, testimonials, and everything else you add to your card. By uploading it, you give Beepscard the permissions needed to host, store, and display it as part of running the service (for example, showing it on your public card page and generating your QR code and NFC links).

You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to everything you upload, and that your business information, testimonials, and claims are accurate. Don't post content that isn't yours to post, or that misrepresents who you are or what you offer.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Beepscard to:

• Post illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringing content
• Impersonate another person or business
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Send spam through the inquiry form, newsletter, or appointment features
• Scrape, harvest, or misuse other users' or visitors' data
• Attempt to bypass plan limits, security controls, or interfere with the platform's normal operation

If you collect leads through your card's contact form, newsletter, or bookings, you're responsible for using that data lawfully — including complying with any consent or marketing laws that apply to your own business and location.

5. Custom CSS/JS & embeds

Some plans let you add Custom CSS, Custom JS, iframes, or social embeds to your card. This is an advanced feature, used at your own risk: you're responsible for what that code does, it must not be deceptive, malicious, or harmful to your visitors, and Beepscard may remove content or suspend an account that misuses it.

6. NFC business cards

Physical NFC cards are subject to availability and the price shown at the time you order. A card is configured to open the Virtual Card you choose during checkout — you can usually keep editing that card's content afterward without needing to reorder the physical card, since the card just links to your profile. Shipping times vary by destination. Returns, defects, and cancellations are covered by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, not repeated here.

7. Plans & billing

Some features are only available on certain subscription plans. Subscriptions renew on the billing frequency you choose (for example, monthly or yearly) until you cancel or change plans from Manage Subscription. If a payment fails or your subscription lapses, plan-gated features may become unavailable until it's resolved. Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. WhatsApp Store

If your plan includes it, your WhatsApp Store lets customers browse a catalog and place orders that are coordinated directly with you over WhatsApp. Beepscard is not a party to those transactions and does not process payment for them — you're responsible for fulfilling orders, handling payment, and complying with any consumer-protection or e-commerce laws that apply to your own sales.

9. Appointments & bookings

If you offer bookings through your card, you're responsible for honoring appointments visitors make and for any policies you set (pricing, cancellation, availability). Paid appointments are processed through our supported payment gateways the same way as other payments on the platform.

10. Affiliate program

If your plan includes it, you can earn a commission for referrals made through your personal link. Commission rates are set by Beepscard and may change. We may withhold or deny commissions or withdrawal requests we reasonably believe are fraudulent, self-referred, or otherwise abusive. Only one withdrawal request can be in progress at a time.

11. Intellectual property

Beepscard's software, branding, and platform design are owned by Beepscard and are not covered by the content-ownership terms in section 3. If your plan includes the "Remove Branding" option in your card's Advanced tab, you may remove the "Made by Beepscard" footer credit from your public card.

12. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, misuses the platform, or fails to pay for a paid plan, after reasonable notice where practical. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

13. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Beepscard is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. To the extent permitted by law, Beepscard's liability for any claim relating to your use of the dashboard is limited to the amount you paid for the plan in question during the period giving rise to the claim. This section doesn't limit liability where doing so isn't permitted by applicable law.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continuing to use the dashboard after an update means you accept the revised terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Beepscard dashboard is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
