Build your profile
Everything below lives inside your Virtual Card editor. To get there: Dashboard → Virtual Card → click Edit on your card. You'll see these as tabs along the top or side of the editor. Which tabs you see can depend on your plan.
vCard editor tab
Basic details
What it is: the core information for your profile — your name, photo, cover image, and description.
Where to find it: Virtual Card → Edit → Basic Details
- Set your profile's web address (its unique link).
- Add your first and last name, email, and phone number.
- Upload a profile photo and a cover image (or use a cover video / YouTube link instead).
- Write a short description — or click Generate Description with AI to have one written for you, then edit it to taste.
- Upload a favicon (the small icon shown in a browser tab), if you want one different from the default.
vCard editor tab
Personal & contact details
What it is: extra contact and location information shown on your profile.
Where to find it: Virtual Card → Edit → Basic Details → Personal Details
- Add an alternate email or phone number, and your company name.
- Add your location — either as a map link or a full embedded map.
- Choose how your cover image should display (for example, fit or fill).
A few fields — like job title, occupation, or date of birth — aren't shown when you first create a card, to keep setup simple. If you need one of them, ask support to help enable it, or it will already show if your card had it set before.
vCard editor tab
Other configurations (toggles)
What it is: on/off switches that control small behaviors across your profile.
Where to find it: Virtual Card → Edit → Basic Details → Other Configurations

What it is: the visual template (layout, colors, style) your profile uses.
Where to find it: Virtual Card → Edit → vCard Templates
- Scroll through the gallery of design thumbnails.
- Click any design to select it.
- Click Save — your public profile instantly switches to the new look, with all your content kept.
Tip: you can switch designs as many times as you like — nothing you've entered gets lost when you change templates.
vCard editor tab · only for the Dynamic Card design
Dynamic Card colors
What it is: a color and button-style customizer that only appears if you've picked the special "Dynamic Card" design.
Where to find it: Virtual Card → Edit → Dynamic vCard
Set your primary color, background, card color, button text color, label and description colors, and social icon color — plus pick from several button styles and where the sticky button sits on the page.

Business hours
What it is: the opening hours shown on your profile.
Where to find it: Virtual Card → Edit → Business Hours
Set an open and close time for each day of the week, in 12-hour or 24-hour format. Leave a day off if you're closed.
vCard editor tab
Social media links
What it is: icons linking out to your social profiles.
Where to find it: Virtual Card → Edit → Social Links
Add a link for any of: Website, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Tumblr, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Pinterest, TikTok, and Snapchat. You can also add custom social icons of your own by uploading an icon image and a link.
vCard editor tab
Custom links
What it is: a simple list of your own links — like a "link in bio" list — shown as buttons on your profile.
Where to find it: Virtual Card → Edit → Custom Links
Add a title and a URL for each link you want to show. Useful for pointing to a website, menu, portfolio, or anything else not covered by another tab.

vCard editor tab
Services
What it is: a list of the services you offer, shown on your profile.
Where to find it: Virtual Card → Edit → Services
Add a name, description, and image for each service. If you offer paid appointments, services you add here can also be priced individually in the Appointments tab.
vCard editor tab
Products
What it is: a simple product showcase (separate from the full WhatsApp Store) shown on your profile.

Add a product name, price, description, and photo. Orders placed against these show up under Product Orders in the sidebar.

Where to find it: Virtual Card → Edit → Gallery Category and Galleries

Where to find it: Virtual Card → Edit → InstaEmbed / LinkedinEmbed
Copy the embed code from Instagram or LinkedIn's own "share/embed" option on the post, and paste it in. For LinkedIn, only original posts work — a re-share of someone else's post won't embed.
vCard editor tab
Embedding other websites (iframes)
What it is: a way to embed another website or tool directly inside your profile page.
Where to find it: Virtual Card → Edit → Iframes
Paste the URL you want embedded. Use this for things like an external booking widget, form, or map that isn't covered elsewhere.
vCard editor tab
Banner

Where to find it: Virtual Card → Edit → Banner
Upload a banner image and, optionally, a link it should point to when clicked.
vCard editor tab
Show or hide sections
What it is: a master switchboard for which sections actually appear on your public page — even if you've filled them in.
Where to find it: Virtual Card → Edit → Manage Section
Turn any of these on or off: header, contact info, services, gallery, products, WhatsApp Store, testimonials, blog, business hours, appointments, map, banner, embeds, iframe, payment links, and the newsletter pop-up.
Tip: if you've added content to a tab but it's not showing on your live page, check here first — it's probably switched off.
vCard editor tabs

What it is: your own privacy policy and terms & conditions text, shown as linked pages from your profile.
Where to find it: Virtual Card → Edit → Privacy Policy / Terms & Condition
Write or paste your policy text into the rich-text editor for each.
vCard editor tab
Advanced settings
What it is: power-user options for your profile.

- Requires visitors to enter a password before they can view your profile.
- Custom CSS
- Add your own styling code for fine-grained visual control.
- Custom JS
- Add your own script code to your page.
- Remove branding

Custom CSS/JS are meant for people comfortable editing code — an unexpected page change is usually caused by something added here.

Where to find it: Virtual Card → Edit → Fonts
Pick a font family and a size (from 14px to 40px) for your page's text.

- Paste a Google Analytics code if you use Google Analytics to track your own visitors separately from Beepscard's built-in Analytics.

How people discover and save your profile.
Your QR code
What it is: a scannable code that takes anyone straight to your live profile — no typing required.
The automatic QR code: as soon as Display Qr Section is turned on (in Other Configurations), your profile shows a QR code that always points to your profile's own link. Turn on Display Download Qr Icon to let visitors download it as an image.
Customizing your QR code: if your plan includes it, open Virtual Card → Edit → Customize QR Code to change its foreground and background color, pick a dot/corner style, or upload your own fully custom QR image instead of the generated one.
Tip: a QR code on a printed flyer, sign, or storefront window is one of the easiest ways to turn foot traffic into profile visits.
Save to contacts
What it is: a button on your public profile that saves your name, company, phone, email, and social links straight into a visitor's phone contacts app.
Turn it on with the Add to Contacts toggle in Other Configurations. Everyone who uses it is recorded for you — see People who saved your contact.
Ordering an NFC business card
What it is: a physical card (or tag) that opens your profile the instant someone taps it against their phone — no app needed.
Where to find it: Dashboard → My NFC Cards → Buy Now
- Browse the available card designs and tap one to see it up close.
- Click Buy Now, choose your quantity, and confirm.
- Choose which of your Virtual Cards the card should open when tapped.
- Fill in your shipping details (name, address, phone) and, if you want your own logo printed, upload it.
- Pay using whichever payment option your account offers.
Track your order's status — Pending, Ready to Ship, Shipped, Delivered, or Cancelled — from the My NFC Cards list, where you can also download a PDF of your order.
Business directory listing
What it is: an opt-in public directory of Beepscard businesses that people can browse.
Turn on Display Business Directory in Other Configurations to be listed.
Social sharing buttons
What it is: one-tap buttons visitors can use to share your profile link to Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Email, Pinterest, Reddit, WhatsApp, or Snapchat.
These use the links you've already added under Social media links — there's nothing extra to set up.

Tools for turning profile visitors into paying customers.
Plan-dependent — top-tier plans
WhatsApp Store
What it is: a full mini online store attached to your profile, where customers browse products and order straight through WhatsApp.
Where to find it: Dashboard → WhatsApp Stores
Setting it up:
- Click Create, choose a unique store link, and add your store name, WhatsApp number, address, and default language.
- Pick a storefront design — Beauty Product, E-Commerce, Restaurant, Grocery, Cloth Store, Home Decor, Jewellery, or Travel.
- Add Product Categories, then add Products to them, with images, price, and stock count.
- Set your store's Business Hours and, if relevant, your Delivery Options (take-away and/or delivery, plus a delivery charge).
- Optional: add Offers, a Trending Video, your Terms & Conditions, and fonts/SEO settings, the same way you would for a Virtual Card.
Managing orders: customer orders appear under WhatsApp Product Order in the sidebar, with a downloadable order PDF for each.
Store analytics & subscribers: each store has its own visitor analytics (same breakdown as Analytics) and its own newsletter subscriber list, both reachable from the store's edit screen.
Appointments & bookings
What it is: a booking calendar so people can schedule time with you directly from your profile.
Setting your availability: in Virtual Card → Edit → Appointments, set which time slots you're free on each day (there's a "copy to other days" shortcut), decide whether booking is free or paid, and optionally set a different price per service.
How customers book: visitors see a booking box on your live profile, pick an open date and time (and a service, if you offer several), and confirm. If it's a paid appointment, they pay during booking using whichever payment option your account offers.
Managing bookings: go to Dashboard → Appointments for a list, or Appointments → Calendar for a calendar view. Mark a booking as completed (this emails the customer a confirmation) or delete one — paid bookings can't be deleted once paid.
Inquiries
What it is: messages sent to you through your profile's contact/enquiry form.
Where to find it: Dashboard → Inquiries
Each entry shows the sender's name, email, phone, message, and any file they attached, which you can download.
Newsletter subscribers
What it is: the list of emails collected through your profile's "Subscribe to Newsletter" pop-up (enabled per section under Show or hide sections).
Where to find it: from your Virtual Card's page, open its subscriber list; WhatsApp Stores have the same feature on their own edit screen.
People who saved your contact
What it is: a report of everyone who used the Save to contacts button on your profile — their name, email, and phone.
Where to find it: from your Virtual Card's page, open its contact-download list.
Export the list as a PDF or an Excel (XLS) file using the buttons on that page.

Account & billing
Account settings
What it is: your personal account details, separate from any Virtual Card's own content.
Where to find it: click your avatar (top right) → Account Settings
Update your avatar, name, email, contact number, address, city, country, and postal code here.
Password & two-factor login
Changing your password: click your avatar → Change Password, then enter your current password and a new one.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): click your avatar → Two Factor Authentication.
- Scan the QR code shown with an authenticator app (or type in the secret key manually).
- Enter the 6-digit code the app shows you, to confirm it's set up correctly.
- Save your recovery codes somewhere safe — you can view, download, or regenerate them any time from this same screen.
- To turn 2FA off again, you'll need to enter a current code from your authenticator app.
Tip: 2FA adds a second step to logging in, so even if someone gets your password, they can't get into your account without your authenticator app too.
Payment configuration
What it is: the payout details Beepscard uses to pay you — for example, your PayPal email for affiliate withdrawals.
Where to find it: Dashboard → Settings → Payment Configuration
Your plan & billing
What it is: your current plan, its limits, and your billing history.
Where to find it: Manage Subscription (pinned at the bottom of the sidebar)
See your plan name, how many Virtual Cards / WhatsApp Stores / visitors it allows, when it renews (or that it's expired), what it costs, and every feature it includes. Below that, a history table lists your past subscriptions, each with a downloadable invoice.
Upgrading your plan
Where to find it: Manage Subscription → Upgrade Plan
- Choose a billing option: Monthly, Yearly, or Unlimited.
- Pick the plan card that fits what you need.
- Enter a coupon code if you have one.
- Choose a payment option and complete payment.
Deleting your account
Where to find it: click your avatar (top right) → Delete My Account
This permanently removes your account and everything in it. Make sure you've downloaded anything you need (invoices, contact lists, etc.) first — this can't be undone.
